Baybora Gülec
Agentic-AI leader who builds enterprise AI capability from zero and turns it into production systems that move the numbers. At Bosch I founded and scaled the group's agentic-AI function, putting multi-agent systems into daily use across procurement, legal and HR. I work end to end — from use-case discovery and requirements through architecture, engineering delivery, rollout and adoption — equally at ease in front of a board or inside an agent's orchestration logic. A medical-engineering foundation and current work with a regulated medical-device client give me an edge wherever AI has to be dependable, auditable and safe. I partner with leadership teams to convert AI ambition into measurable gains in cost, speed and quality.

EXPERIENCE
2020 – today

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL — UX FABRIK

UX Fabrik | Stuttgart, Germany

My independent consultancy for GenAI and agentic-AI product and delivery. The current engagement is a hands-on, fractional mandate with a medical-engineering company — applying agentic AI and AI workflow automation in a regulated, medical-device environment (under NDA) and owning delivery end to end, from use-case discovery through architecture and engineering to production. Earlier engagements span cloud and software development, enterprise UX and digital transformation for growth companies.

2024 – 2026

SENIOR MANAGER AGENTIC AI

Robert Bosch GmbH · Bosch Digital | Stuttgart, Germany

Founded and scaled Bosch's enterprise agentic-AI function from a standing start to a 30-person delivery organisation, building a central AI hub that now ships production multi-agent systems across the group. I own the full arc — use-case discovery, requirements, architecture, engineering delivery, rollout and adoption — reporting to top management and translating strategic ambition into operational results the business can measure. Over a full year I also ran AI onboarding and enablement for the central C-level leadership, building executive fluency and sponsorship across the group.

The flagship system orchestrates specialised agents directly inside the procurement process. Live for roughly a year and adopted by 40,000 users, it runs at a one-percent monthly issue rate and has removed 50–60% of the manual effort across purchasing — a decisive improvement in both cost and cycle time at enterprise scale.

In parallel I have moved a portfolio of agents from prototype into dependable production: a legal agent for contract review and clause search that gives each user back around two hours a day; onboarding and recruitment agents for HR; and a self-service platform that lets business teams generate new agents through a guided dialogue, with some twenty of eighty prototypes already live. The throughline is a repeatable operating model that converts pilots into adopted, production-grade systems.

2022 – 2024

SENIOR LEAD ARCHITECT — GENAI & CLOUD

Robert Bosch GmbH | Stuttgart, Germany

Set the strategy and architecture for Generative AI and automation across Bosch Digital, designing cloud and AI platforms aligned to enterprise goals and shaping the GenAI agenda for Central Services — HR, Purchasing, Finance and Controlling. Advised top management on enterprise ServiceNow adoption and led a hyperautomation-and-AI programme in the automotive domain.

2021 – 2022

LEAD ARCHITECT — CLOUD & HYPERAUTOMATION

Robert Bosch GmbH | Stuttgart, Germany

Architected and grew the Automation Hub, using platforms such as Microsoft Power to streamline operations at scale. Designed resilient cloud architectures and embedded ServiceNow across core processes, setting the interface and integration standards adopted group-wide.

2021

PRODUCT OWNER — AI & AUTOMATION (eBike Division)

Robert Bosch GmbH | Stuttgart, Germany

Product-owned an early conversational-automation build — a virtual assistant and FAQ bot automating internal tasks — from requirements and proofs of concept through implementation, division-wide rollout and a lasting support model. Hands-on grounding in the agent patterns I now run at scale.

2021

PRODUCT OWNER — AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET (Amazon, North America)

Robert Bosch GmbH | Stuttgart, Germany & Detroit, USA

Owned a connected-car digital service for Amazon in North America across retrofit and OEM builds, coordinating cloud, backend and ECU teams end to end and carrying legal, contracting, quality-gate and on-vehicle testing responsibility through to a successful pilot in Detroit — a product taken from commercial negotiation to validated delivery.

2019 – 2021

PRODUCT DEVELOPER & UX DESIGN

Robert Bosch GmbH | Sunnyvale, Silicon Valley, California

Led product and UX for an automotive-logistics cloud platform in Silicon Valley, shipping a user-centred solution that streamlined operations and scaled cleanly across a modern DevOps, CI/CD and microservice / microfrontend stack.

2019 – 2021

PRODUCT OWNER & SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Mercedes-Benz R&D / Cars AG | Sindelfingen & Sunnyvale, California

Owned a cloud domain on the MBUX voice-assistant programme (#HeyMercedes) — cloud backend, microservices and NLP for conversational UX — and, in Silicon Valley, built the #HeyMercedes chatbot, later used by suppliers to gather data from 4,000 test users, and the frontend of a nightly test-automation platform that lifted quality while cutting cost. Master thesis on the optimal voice delivery of non-fiction audiobook summaries (Blinkist) for Mercedes customers.
